Josh is an experienced counselor. He helps clients to understand their options, to present a strong position and to pursue appropriate remedies. He knows a lot about the law, the negotiation process and the risks, costs and rewards of litigation options.

Josh knows how to try a case. He has appeared in trail and appellant courts and administrative tribunals in 20 states and has been admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits. He has served as lead class counsel in consumer protection and employee benefits litigation. He has obtained tens of millions of dollars in relief for thousands of individuals and class members. He has obtained dozens of court orders and negotiated
agreements to repair condominiums, to end deceptive advertising, to reform unfair employment practices and to stop unlawful water and air pollution. 

Josh is a member of the Bar in DC and in Maryland.
